To get the most from your LITNEY candle — and enjoy it safely — here are a few simple tips:

Always let the wax melt all the way to the edge on your first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even melt for future burns.

Before each use, trim your wick to about 5mm. This keeps the flame steady and prevents soot or mushrooming.

Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time.

Stop burning when about 1cm of wax remains at the bottom.

Keep away from drafts, fans, and open windows — they make the flame flicker, burn unevenly, or smoke.

Always place candles on a heat-safe surface, away from anything flammable.

Never leave a candle unattended.

Keep away from pets, children, and curtains (yes, even the pretty ones).

Do not move a burning candle — wait for the wax to fully set.

Following these steps will help your candle burn cleaner, last longer, and smell better from start to finish.
